Data Deletion Request

You can request the deletion of all personal data Atlas holds about you. This includes your account information, Instagram connection, conversation history, and all lead data associated with your account.

Option 1 — Delete from within Atlas

If you have an active Atlas account, the fastest way to delete your data is:

1. Log in to your Atlas account
2. Go to Settings → Instagram → Desconectar to revoke Instagram access
3. Contact us at the email below requesting full account deletion

We will complete the deletion within 30 days of your request and send a confirmation email.

Option 2 — Request via email

If you no longer have access to your account, send an email to jmrougon@gmail.com or juanpa@hyatlas.ai with:

• Subject: Data Deletion Request
• Your registered email address or Instagram username
• Your confirmation that you want all data deleted

Option 3 — Remove the app from Instagram

You can also revoke Atlas's access directly from Instagram, which triggers an automatic data deletion:

1. Open Instagram → Settings → Security → Apps and Websites
2. Find Atlas in the Active list
3. Tap Remove

When you remove the app from Instagram, Meta automatically notifies Atlas and we begin the deletion process immediately. You will receive a confirmation at your registered email within 30 days.

Check deletion status

If you submitted a deletion request and received a confirmation code, you can check its status below:

What gets deleted

• Your Atlas account and login credentials
• Your Instagram Business Account connection and access token
• All conversation history and lead data
• Your configured CTAs, scripts, and AI persona
• All message logs and pipeline data

What we cannot delete

• Data retained for legal or regulatory compliance purposes (kept for the minimum required period)
• Anonymized aggregate analytics data that cannot be linked to you
